Return & exchange

1) Returns
Eligible items: You may return most new, unopened items within [30] days of delivery for a full refund. Some items are not eligible for return.
Non-returnable items include:
Custom-made or personalized items
Final sale/clearance items
Perishable goods (if applicable)
Gift cards
Installed or mounted decor (e.g., wall decals already applied, rugs that have been used)
Open-but-unused items: Some items may be returned if unused and in the original packaging. A restocking fee of [X]% may apply.

2) Refunds
Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at purchase.
Processing time: Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within [5–7] business days to your original payment method.
Refund discrepancies: If you paid with a gift card, the gift card balance will be reissued. If you used multiple payment methods, the refund will be issued to the primary method first, then to any other methods as applicable.

3) Exchanges
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., different size, color, or variant), you may request an exchange within the same return window. The exchange is subject to item availability.
